The difference of TX series Wi-Fi Wall Sockets

SONOFF launched a type of TX series Wi-Fi wall sockets several days ago – including T0, T1, T2 & T3. The series can be confusing one and maybe a little frustrating because there are 31 new sockets to choose from. As so many sockets pop up, it will be harder for users to make a purchase decision. Image that if you’re looking for a SONOFF multiple-gang wall switch and thinking the T3 is one to seek for, meanwhile maybe thinking if the T2 is more wonderful, we really know your pain. Don’t be scared of the number of the sockets, the differences between them are clear as long as you view closely.

Before introducing their differences, the common feature you need to know is that each of these four models is divided into 1-gang, 2-gang and 3-gang, which allows you to control more than one device.
The LED-backlight on the panel of the socket eliminates the need for night-lights, and helps you quickly find the location at night. Perfect for hallways, stairways, bedrooms, kitchens, garages, etc.

Below, we will outline the differences for your reference.

So there are no internal hardware improvements between T1, T2 and T3 for example more stable WiFi or less power consumption of the module?
For example, I connected an exhaust fan to a (new) T1. When i switch the Fan On or Off, the module may reset itself (8 out of 10 times). I guess the fan is drawing so much current during start or off that the voltage drops so the module resets?

I have the t1 old (uk) models installed in my house since 2018 ..and they support the ref remote control..the issue with the remote is that if the button ‘A’ is configured to turn on or off gang one of the 3 gang switch …when pressed it turns on/off all the gang 1 switches in range …overall I have had a good experience with the switches.. should make a better switch for controlling the fan.. the ifan2 only has three speeds and its remote also turns on all the fans in range…

    Hi,
Is there a switch that does not require a neutral line?
    Thanks.
