After this upgrade I have frequent “Network unavailable” messages from my SONOFF POW R2 and CH4 switches. However the basic and RF switches work fine. I am on slt.lk service . However when I changed to dialog.lk or their data package it works fine. I called them and requested them to parse cn-long.coolkit.cc and api.coolkit.cc but they did not seem to understand

I bought my first sonoff and hope it is an amazing experience!
I still can’t match my sonoff. Apparently in the gadget everything is ok.
But the iOS app (iphone X) can’t select “wifi name”. There is no option for my network and I can’t even click on it. The only field I can select is “password”.
I was able, through the FAQ, to create a wifi network through sonoff (hold 5 sec, hold 5 sec again). But after connecting my iphone to sonoff, I don’t know what to do anymore.

What router do you have? Is your iPhone connecting with 2.4 or 5 ghz? I had to use an old iPhone tot get all my Sonoffs talking to my app.

Tha app in ios 13 doesn’t support select the ssid, so user can not paring the device to our LAN.
Are you going to fix it soon?

Does any one has pairing problems with the Sonoff switches utilizing IOS newest update software version?
With an old order of Sonoff switches all went seamlessly and still is working fine till this date.
However a new order of Sonoff switches will not allow me to pair it with the newest iOS software version.
Does anybody have a solution for this problem??????

What phone are you pairing with? Try older hardware, I think your problem is 2.4 vs 5 ghz

eWeLink app is broken! Keeps saying “not connected to internet” but I am certainly on the internet. Will you PLEASE fix this so can add new devices?

Hi Justin Pile i have the same issue not connected to internet issue when adding new devices i have other devices that were connected before the app update and never had an issue. Did anyway have the same issue and managed to resolve it?

HI i have the same issue as Justin Pile i have devices that were linked no problem with the old version of the app. Now when trying to add a new device it says not connected to the internet has anyone had this isuue and how did you resolve it.

Found the problem of pairing as above for IOS13. After searching for solution in internet by changing access location to be while using app and switch off afterwards then the pairing has been done perfectly.
