Device Pariring Instruction
Switch the Device into Pairing Mode
After powering on, the device will automatically enter the pairing mode during the first use. There will be voice instructions if the device is in pairing mode. Then please follow the instructions to add the device in eWeLink.
Note:
If the device doesn’t enter pairing mode automatically, please press the reset button until you hear the voice instructions.
Add the Device in eWeLink
1. Launch eWeLink APP in the mobile phone.
2. Click ”+” icon at the middle bottom of interface.
3. Select “Sound Pairing” for adding device.
4. Click “Next”.
5. Choose the WiFi network that the device will connect with.
User Tips:
Before choosing the WiFi network, location services should be turned on and location permission should be allowed.
6. Click “Next” and the phone will make a pairing sound.
7. Place the phone close to the camera.
8. Name the device and group it.
9. Success.
Note:
1. The device only works with 2.4GHz WiFi.
2. If the router is working in dual-band (2.4GHz & 5GHz), please upgrade the eWeLink app to V4.0.0 or above.
3. The pairing will fail if a wrong WiFi password is input.
4. The device shall get close to the smart phone for a good transmission signal condition while pairing.

1. How does it get powered?
DC 5V adapter. there are different types of adapters for different countries (DE, UK, US, AU).
2. Can it work with IFTTT?
No, it can’t.
3. Can it work with Alexa/Google Assistant?
No, it can’t.
4. Can I share the device with others?
Yes.
5. Does it support cloud storage?/Can the video be saved on the cloud server?
No, it doesn’t support that.
6. Is it reached any waterproof rate?
No, working indoor is recommended.
7. What is meaning of each LED blinking?
1. After 30s powering on the device, the red LED will light for 10s and then go out.
2. The red LED will light when the camera is in night vision.
3. The red LED will blink for 3 min when upgrading the firmware.
8. Does it support LAN control?
No, it doesn’t.
9. Does it support onvif protocol?
No, it doesn’t.
10. Does it support zoom?
No, it doesn’t.
11. Can I switch to color screen in night vision?
No, it will go to IR vision automatically when it is dark around.
12. How long can a 128G TF card record?
Around 15~20 days.
13. What’s the maximum resolution?
1920*1080P
14. Does it support PTZ function when using the RTSP stream?
No, it doesn’t.
15. Can the snapshot be saved in the TF card?
It can only be saved in local album of the phone.
16. Can it record a video when the motion detection is activated?
Yes, it will record a short video automatically. (Only if a TF card is inserted)
Troubleshooting
Why I can’t pair this camera?
1. The upper limit for password length is set at 32 characters.
2. Please try the Ethernet to connect. Make sure your mobile phone and the camera are the same LAN network, then scan the QR code to add the camera.
3. Please pair the camera through a mobile hotspot.
Why I can’t save videos on my TF card?
1. Make sure the camera is online.
2. Your TF card should be at least class 10.
3. Please enable the local record in setting.
4. Make sure there is enough available space on your TF card.
